Shinny bright star oh how I ponder on who you are, each time I smile and assign my father to be where you are.

The hope, the wonder, the joy I feel in this moment.

Dreaming and gleaming that you are a reflection of him, pointing and shouting out “That one right there, that’s my father!”

Imagining him shining down on me oh so proud of what I’ve come to be.

In the moment I’m elated, spiritually connected and consumed by my imagination.

No wonder, no fear, just pure amazement; at how I’ve shifted my pain into such a wonderful engagement.

Shinny bright star oh how I ponder on who you are, each time I smile and assign my father to be where you are.

My wish is to feel or even to see, my fathers shadowy figure drawing near to me.

Surrounded by joy, encompassed with no filter, living in the moment I stretch my hands out simply fixated on the breeze being his connecting charm.

I love this for me because oh how hard it can be, to navigate through this world wondering what could be, but in this moment I wish upon a star and feel his presence near and far.
